个人简介
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
        徐玉芳,博士,教授,博士生导师。上海市优秀学科带头人。1994年博士毕业于华东理工大学精细化工专业;1999.10-2001.09日本东京医科齿科大学博士后;2004.9至今华东理工大学教授。2006.11~2006.12 日本京都大学日本学术振兴会(JSPS)访问学者。近年来主要从事化学生物技术方面的研究,主要包括荧光传感技术及细胞激活与调控技术。主持完成了国家自然基金、国家科技支撑计划、上海市光科技重点项目、上海市科委基础研究重点项目,共同主持完成了国家973子课题。目前承担着上海市优秀学科带头人计划、共同承担着863专项。作为研究骨干参与研究团队学术带头人钱旭红教授领衔的国家自然科学基金重点项目。迄今为止,已申请国内发明专利10项,已获授权三项;世界专利一项。已在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Chem. Comm.、Chem. J. Eur.等国际SCI期刊发表论文50余篇。

 A:荧光传感技术

A-1 纯水体系高选择性高灵敏重金属离子荧光探针及其活体细胞应用:针对环境和生物组织中的重要重金属及过渡金属离子,设计、创制纯水体系、高选择性高灵敏金属离子荧光探针,并实现活体细胞应用
A-2 诊疗用乏氧细胞探针及实现活体示踪:利用硝基的生物还原性及恶性肿瘤乏氧特性,设计、创制系列乏氧用荧光检测探针,并已实现活体示踪。
A-3 生物体内重要靶酶荧光探针:针对恶性肿瘤导致的异常表达的一些靶酶,设计创制一些列特异性响应的酶荧光探针,通过检测体内异常表达的酶,可以专一性的识别、定位以及早期诊断与各种异常酶相关的疾病。
 

B:细胞激活与调控技术

B-1 新型植物激活剂:以噻二唑及噻唑五元杂环作为活性子,设计创制各类植物抗病激活剂及能明显增加植物次生代谢物的高效细胞激活剂。
B-2 基于凋亡机制的萘酰亚胺抗肿瘤药物先导:基于萘酰亚胺母体结构,设计创制直接诱导凋亡的新型抗肿瘤药物先导。
B-3 乏氧特异性前药: 利用乏氧特异性响应基团,设计创制萘酰亚胺乏氧选择性抗肿瘤试剂,提高先导的水溶性及靶向性。
