    1995年中国科学院上海药物研究所获博士学位。1995-1997年中国科学院福建物质结构研究所博士后研究,出站后到上海同济大学任副教授,1999-2001年日本大阪药科大学生物物理化学系JSPS(日本学术振兴会)特别研究员;随后,去美国康奈尔大学医学院开展分子生物学方面的研究工作。2002年被上海药物研究所聘为研究员和博士生导师。2005年获国家杰出青年科学基金。作为项目和课题负责人先后主持国家“863”项目、“973”子课题、“国家自然科学基金”、“上海市重点基金”等多项。发表学术论文80余篇,申请国内外专利20余项,获上海市科技进步一等奖。现任中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、博士生导师、课题组长、所学位评定委员会委员、所职称评定委员会委员、华东理工大学药学院教授和博士生导师。
