一.简历

马磊,男,1979年生,河南辉县人,中共党员,上海市浦江人才,药学实验教学中心主任,教育部学位中心评审专家,上海市药学会中药专业委员会委员,中国中西医结合学会虚症与老年医学专业委员会转化医学学组委员,执业药师。20076月毕业于中国药科大学天然药物化学专业,获理学博士学位,期间在中科院上海药物研究所联合培养。20078月,应聘为华东理工大学药学院讲师,20109月晋升为副教授,硕士研究生导师。20125-20135在美国西北大学化学系Silverman教授和Mirkin教授课题组从事神经系统类疾病的药物合成和DNA纳米载药系统的研发工作。20158-20168月在苏州吴中东太湖科技金融城管理局任副局长(挂职),负责人才引进和产学研对接工作。目前在Journal of Medicinal ChemistryBioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry (Letters)PhytochemistryPlanta Medica等杂志发表论文60余篇,申请国家专利10项。科研基金方面,目前作为负责人承担国家自然科学青年及面上基金,上海市支撑计划,上海市浦江人才计划,上海市联盟计划以及中央高校基本科研业务费等国家和上海市项目多项。本课题组致力于基于中药及天然产物的新药开发工作,近年来成果显著,一个新药项目以上千万的价值实现转让、数个药物候选物正在与研发型的制药企业商讨开发事宜,发现多个有苗头的化合物并正在开展进一步的新药开发工作。
