个人简介

2004年毕业于中国科学技术大学化学系,获理学学士学位。随后由中国科学技术大学和中国科学院上海有机化学研究所联合培养,于2010年获中国科学技术大学理学博士学位。20108月至20146月,在德国马克斯普朗克胶体与界面研究所进行博士后研究。20149月任华东理工大学药学院副教授。20155月被聘为华东理工大学特聘教授。20159月晋升为教授,并被聘为博士生导师。

  

主要从事糖化学和糖类药物的研究。近年来,发展了一系列新型高效的寡糖合成方法和组装策略,实现了若干复杂寡糖的合成及生物活性评价研究,建立了高碳糖、多糖和糖缀合物合成平台用于糖类药物和糖类疫苗的开发。作为项目负责人,承担国家千人计划青年项目、上海市浦江人才计划、教育部基本科研业务费探索基金、中科院上海有机所生命有机化学国家重点实验室开放基金等研究项目。迄今,以第一作者或通讯作者在国际著名期刊J. Am. Chem. Soc.Nat. Prod. Rep.Chem. Sci.Green Chem.,及Cell子刊Chem. Biol.等发表20余篇SCI论文,撰写英文学术专著1个章节,申请国内外发明专利4项。多篇论文或为ESI 高被引论文,或被英国皇家化学会Chemistry World杂志、德意志公众广播电台“Deutschlandfunk”等进行亮点评述和广播报道。入选国家千人计划青年人才(2015);上海市浦江人才(2015);华东理工大学青年英才(2015)
