个人简介:
2008年7月毕业于内蒙古大学,获理学博士学位,留校工作;2009年月赴美国犹他州立大学从事博士后研究;2011-2019年在内蒙古大学省部共建草原家畜生殖调控与繁育国家重点实验室,担任干细胞与重编程课题组组长;2019年调入华东理工大学药学院。曾先后主持国家重大研发计划、国家“863”高科技计划、国家自然等国家和省部级项目。先后获得省部级杰出青年基金、青年创新创业人才、“青年科技英才计划”青年科技骨干等人才类称号。完成成果鉴定1项,申请发明专利30余项,其中PCT专利2项,授权专利7项,参与教材和论著的编著3部,发表研究论文30余篇。担任中国整形美容协会干细胞研究与应用分会理事(上海)、中国细胞生物学会会员。
研究方向与成果:
主要从事基因治疗药物的研发和临床转化研究。以遗传代谢罕见病、关节疾病、老年退行性疾病、癌症等为研究对象,利用腺病毒和腺相关病毒作为递送工具,探讨疾病的作用机制,设计、优化药物载体,进行药理学、毒理学研究,进而推进基因治疗药物的临床转化。2019年与中国医学科学院天津血液病医院合作,开展了亚洲首个血友病B基因治疗药物临床研究。2022年5月,该研究成果发表于国际血液学顶级期刊《The Lancet Haematology》,被评为2022年中国血液学十大研究进展。该研究中的一位受试者在无外部输血情况下,完成全膝关节置换手术,该研究在世界上首次证实基因治疗后能够完全恢复血友病B患者的凝血功能,并发表于《The New England Journal of Medicine》。2023年,《原创基因治疗技术研发与新型血友病诊疗体系的建立和推广》获得天津市科技进步一等奖。此外,开发的四个溶酶体贮积症基因治疗药物已经开展临床转化,并表现出明显的安全性和有效性。
