个人简介

朱维平,男,1967年生于江苏扬中。1989.7毕业于国防科技大学应用化学专业,获工学学士学位,1992.7毕业于华东化工学院(现华东理工大学)精细化工专业,获工学硕士学位,2004.6毕业于华东理工大学化学工程专业,获工学博士学位。1992.7-1999.9扬子石化研究院工程师、副所长;1999.10-2005.1扬子石化研究院高级工程师、副所长、所长;2005.2-2010.8,华东理工大学药学院副教授, 2010.9至今,华东理工大学教授,博士生导师。2009-2010,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校访问学者;2016.2-2016.8,美国斯坦福大学医学院访问学者。作为负责人先后承担上海市市级科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金项目、国家“863”计划项目、国家科技支撑计划课题、上海市浦江人才计划项目、上海市科委重点攻关项目、上海市科委基础研究重点项目等。 2007年至今,已在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem Eng J., Theranostics, Chem. Commun., J. Mater. Chem., Int. J. Pharmaceut.等国际著名学术刊物上发表 SCI 论文100余篇,申请中国发明专利20余项,授权13项。

 

研究方向


(一)药物连续流动合成。针对药物制造过程中面临的安全、环保及成本等瓶颈,开展药物连续流动合成技术及反应动力学研究,研制新一代微纳化工反应器。

(二)新型药物控制释放系统的构建。针对生物大分子药物(如胰岛素、抗体药物、siRNA等)、难溶性药物的体内输送,以介孔氧化硅纳米粒子、聚合物纳米凝胶等为载体,设计各类微环境和/或刺激响应型控制释放系统,实现药物分子的可控、靶向给药。

(三)荧光探针及其在生物分析、医学诊断及环境监测中的应用。针对环境及生物体系中各种离子、小分子、生物大分子(酶、蛋白质等),开展高选择性、高灵敏性荧光分子探针的设计、合成及应用研究。
