【个人简历】

本科毕业于复旦大学药学院,获药学学士学位,随后在中国科学院上海药物研究所工作。之后赴美国新墨西哥大学化学系学习,并获博士学位。20155月加入华东理工大学药学院,从事药学相关教学和科研工作,先后主持教育部高校基本科研业务费1项、国家自然科学基金青年基金1项和面上项目1项,已在Nature Catalysis(Nature 子刊)、Organic Letters 、Chemical Communications等国际、国内核心期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。


【主要研究方向】

  1.  新颖实用的精准氘代研究、开发及其在药物化学中的应用

 利用价廉易得的氘源,通过研究反应机理,开发新的化学活性和催化体系,来研发新颖实用的氘代反应,对化合物进行精准氘代,并将这些新型氘代方法应用于药物及天然产物的后期修饰中,以期改善药物安全性及其药代动力学性质等。

  1.  肿瘤免疫疗法中小分子先导物的设计和研发

基于计算机辅助的药物设计、合成和研发新型的小分子化合物,以寻找和发现具有较好抗肿瘤免疫疗效的小分子候选药物。
