个人简介

徐玉芳,博士,教授,博士生导师。上海市优秀学科带头人。1994年博士毕业于华东理工大学精细化工专业;1999-2001日本东京医科齿科大学博士后;2004.9至今华东理工大学教授。2006年日本京都大学日本学术振兴会(JSPS)访问学者。近年来主要从事化学生物技术方面的研究,主要包括荧光传感技术及细胞激活与调控技术。主持完成了国家自然科学基金、国家重大新药创制项目、国家科技支撑计划、上海市光科技重点项目、上海市科委基础研究重点项目,共同主持完成了国家973子课题。目前承担着上海市优秀学科带头人计划、共同承担着863专项。迄今为止,申请中国发明专利41项,授权13项,国际PCT 4项,获美国、欧盟授权。已在J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int.Chem. Comm.J. Med. Chem.Org. Lett.等国际SCI期刊发表论文100余篇,SCI 他引1100余次,单篇最高他引100余次(J. Am. Chem. Soc.,2008)。Journal of Pharmaceutics 》国际编委、Chinese Chemical Letters、《现代药物与临床》编委。

 A:荧光传感技术

A-1 纯水体系高选择性高灵敏重金属离子荧光探针及其活体细胞应用:针对环境和生物组织中的重要重金属及过渡金属离子,设计、创制纯水体系、高选择性高灵敏金属离子荧光探针,并实现活体细胞应用

A-2 生物体内重要靶酶诊疗荧光探针:针对疾病生物标志物,设计创制一系列特异性响应荧光探针,对疾病进行早期诊断与治疗。

 

B:细胞激活与调控技术

B-1 新型植物激活剂:设计创制各类植物抗病激活剂及能明显增加植物次生代谢物的高效细胞激活剂。

B-2 新作用机制抗肿瘤药物先导:基于不同母体结构,设计创制新作用机制抗肿瘤药物先导。

B-3 乏氧特异性前药: 利用乏氧特异性响应基团,设计创制乏氧选择性抗肿瘤试剂。
