个人简介
1998年毕业于上海复旦大学化学系,获理学学士学位。后到中国科学院上海有机化学研究所金属有机国家重点实验室工作。2008年毕业于美国新墨西哥大学化学与化学生物学系,获理学博士学位。2009年1月至2012年12月间,在美国斯坦福大学医学院分子影像中心(MIPS)从事博士后研究。2013年1月加入华东理工大学药学院药物科学系。
研究成果
谢贺新的主要研究兴趣包括有机化学,药物化学及化学生物学,分子影像等交叉学科领域。迄今为止,共在SCI收录的国际期刊杂志发表论文60余篇,其中包括Nature Chem.,Nature Commun.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等知名期刊。多篇论文被Nature,C&E News(美国化学化工新闻),ChemistryViews,ChemCatChem,Scientific American等期刊、网站等作专文评论、介绍。
研究方向
1.化学生物学
以有机合成为基础,发展以生物体系中重要的酶蛋白为靶标的分子探针,应用于疾病的快速诊断、药物活性筛选模型的建立及细胞荧光成像中。
2.药物化学
针对致病细菌抗生素耐药日益严峻的情况,发展针对耐药菌的新型抗生素及酶抑制剂。
