主要研究方向:
(1)特定核酸分子开关的设计与荧光标记,用于寡聚核酸链(DNA,mRNA,miRNA)检测与成像;
(2)制备高生物相容性、高靶向性纳米载药体,用于装载药物小分子或者生物大分子药物(如反义寡聚核苷酸,小分子干扰RNA);
(3)以生物大分子如核酸,多肽为组装元件,制备可生物利用的凝胶材料,用于药物控制释放,组织修复与再生等应用研究
