个人简历:

20076月毕业于中国科学技术大学,获硕士学位,从事生物化学及结构生物学研究;随后赴美,20132月毕业于美国Scripps研究所,获博士学位,从事神经肌肉萎缩症的分子生物学机制研究。20147月加入华东理工大学药学院,任副教授。2015年入选上海市浦江人才计划。作为项目负责人,主持了国家自然科学基金(青年,面上),并参与科技部“973计划”(青年项目),国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目,NSFC-云南联合基金重点支持项目

  

研究方向:

致力于活性小分子特别是天然产物靶点识别与机制研究。


利用表观活性良好的天然产物作为工具,

(1)研究与癌症等疾病密切相关的细胞周期、自噬、代谢、蛋白相分离等生命过程;
(2)阐释分子机制,揭示疾病发生发展机制,发现生物学事件及其关联的契机;
(3)发展具有潜在治疗意义的小分子调控剂。
