个人简介
朱维平,男,华东理工大学药学院教授,博士生导师,上海领军人才。1967年生于江苏扬中。1989.7毕业于国防科技大学应用化学专业,获工学学士学位;1992.7毕业于华东化工学院(现华东理工大学)精细化工专业,获工学硕士学位;2004.6毕业于华东理工大学化学工程专业,获工学博士学位。1992.7-1999.9扬子石化研究院工程师、副所长;1999.10-2005.1扬子石化研究院高级工程师、副所长、所长;2005.2-2010.8,华东理工大学药学院副教授;2010.9至今,华东理工大学教授。2009.2-2010.1,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校访问学者;2016.2-2016.8,美国斯坦福大学医学院访问学者。主要从事原料药连续流动合成、纳米药物递送系统构建、微纳流控芯片研制等方面的研究。近年来,作为负责人承担 “超限制造”上海市科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等项目(课题)10余项。在《美国化学会志》《德国应用化学》《生物活性材料》《美国化学工程师杂志》等国际高影响力刊物发表通讯作者论文70余篇,获中国发明专利授权31项,获教育部自然科学一等奖1项。
研究方向
(一)药物连续流动合成。针对药物制造过程中面临的安全、环保及成本等瓶颈,开展药物连续流动合成技术及反应动力学研究,研制新一代微纳化工反应器。
(二)新型药物控制释放系统的构建。针对生物大分子药物(如胰岛素、抗体药物、siRNA等)、难溶性药物的体内输送,设计各类微环境和/或刺激响应型控制释放系统,实现药物分子的可控、靶向给药。
